My top must-haves for home workouts

Over the last several years I really got into home workouts I could watch from my laptop or phone, with only a few pieces of equipment needed. And truthfully, I can say I am in the best shape I’ve been in! And what’s most important is that I feel good doing these workouts, and actually look forward to them.

This post is dedicated to my favorite at-home home workouts and necessities to achieve your fitness goals. The best part is, it’s minimal cost and cute equipment! I hope this post inspires you to get in that daily movement, and have fun while you’re at it🌟

  1. I have loved workouts from MadFit and do these several times a week. They are so good for toning or cardio or both! And the best part - they’re free and only take anywhere from 10 - 30 minutes. Even if you can only do 10 minutes one day, you’ll feel so much more accomplished by getting that daily movement in.

Here’s a link to her YouTube channel. You can also just search YouTube for whatever type of workout you are looking for too, and chances are you’ll find it!

  2. Since I like to do toning workouts about 3 x a week, I have these weights and these weights from amazon. What I love is that you don’t need a full weight rack to get a good workout in! I have two sets of the dumbbells and one of the ankle weights and that’s really all I need.

  3. Of course, you’re going to need something like a soft mat for any at-home workout. If you don’t have one at home already - this is my favorite mat because it’s so thick and cushy and a pretty pink color (I’m all about the functionality and aesthetics!).

One of the biggest factors to getting your daily movement in and being motivated is being excited about it. If you are, you’re so much more likely to keep it up and incorporate wellness into your everyday routine. So here’s to getting in that daily movement wherever you are, and finding that perfect movement for your body!
